Rugby Golf

Tobacco Road Rugby Club and World Rugby Shop are thrilled to invite you to our 2nd Annual Charity Rugby Golf Tournament! Rugby Golf is a test of your rugby skills on the course; you’ll be kicking and passing rugby balls at Knights Play Golf Course again, taking aim at giant holes and looking to shave strokes. We’re excited to be partnering once again with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to aid them in their mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families!
We will be playing a best ball alternative scramble format with teams of 4. Two players from each team will take their shots from a location, followed by the other two players taking the next shot. Balls will be kicked off a tee from the tee box, then will be kicked or passed until made in the hole.
Awards will be given out at the end of the day for individual hole contest’s and lowest scores. We will be selling strokes off your teams overall score for $5 each.

Dress Code: Its Halloween! Go crazy! There will be awards for the best costumes. No Rugby Cleats, Please!
Cost: $35.00 per player or $120.00 per foursome
Raffle Tickets: A raffle will be drawn during the awards banquet featuring AWESOME PRIZES!!! Tickets will be available for purchase onsite the day of the event.
Food will be provided at the awards banquet after play ends. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.
