Spring Season
Running from the beginning of January through April, the spring season focuses mainly on Rugby Union or 15 a side. This is the main season for Rugby throughout the year. We will be a part of the NCRYU Girls League where we play against teams from Charlotte, Raleigh and Greensboro areas. All players are welcome to join regardless of rugby knowledge!

Fall 7s Season
Running from September through November, Fall 7s focuses on Rugby 7s or 7 a side which has recently become a new Olympic sport. The Fall Season is where we join the NCYRU league and play against local teams in the state. This is a great introduction to Rugby. All players are welcome to join regardless of rugby knowledge!
